Lord Bob Kerslake dies aged 68: Tributes are paid to former head of the civil service

Lord Bob Kerslake, the former head of the civil service, 68, died on Saturday after 'a short battle with cancer', his sister Ros Kerslake CBE said in a post on Twitter this morning.
