Lord Ben Houchen 'absolutely' willing to work with Starmer if Tories lose general election

The swing against the Conservatives in the Tees Valley race is more than the change needed nationally for Labour to win a general election. Lord Ben Houchen won with 53.6% of the vote, compared to his 72.8% share in the last election in 2021.
