Longtime caretakers retiring from border birding area, passing on the torch

After 15 years as winter caretakers of the Salineño Wildlife Preserve in Starr County, Texas, this couple is retiring and a new team are taking over to guard this borderland birding preserve on the Rio Grande in deep South Texas.
