Longford Library is one of many facilities opening their doors this morning after 5 months.
While many services are still available such as book loans, printing and copying, the public are being asked not to loiter around the building if possible.
Longford Library manager Mary Carleton Reynolds says they've put a lot of work into getting the library safe and ready.
