Long-dormant Montrose Management District, still facing pushback, up and running again – Houston Public Media

Board members for the controversial Houston management district, which voted to dissolve itself in 2018 but did not end up doing so, are expected to vote Thursday on a new service plan and sending out new tax bills for a variety of neighborhood initiatives.
