Logan city considers outsourcing coal to meet power demands

As energy demand continues to grow, Logan City Light & Power is advising residents to prepare for the possibility of brown-outs or electricity rate hikes this summer. In an effort to meet demand, the Logan City Council has explored a variety of solutions.
