Local terrier Hobie keeps his eye on the prize in People's 'Cutest Rescue Dog' contest

Terrier Hobie went from the streets of Mexico to a loving family, with help from the Laguna Beach Animal Shelter. Now he's a finalist in a People magazine competition for top rescue dog.
