Local coronavirus numbers updated
COSHOCTON - The Coshocton County Unified Command as of 9 a.m. Wednesday reported 2,288 confirmed cases and 314 probable cases of COVID-19 in Coshocton County for a total number of 2,602 since the start of the pandemic. That's up 27 cases since last Wednesday.
There have been 2,505 recoveries and 57 deaths. There are 40 active cases in isolation, 26 people in quarantine and two current hospitalizations.
Of surrounding counties on Wednesday morning, Guernsey had 3,023, Holmes had 2,494, Knox had 4,285, Licking had 15,865, Muskingum had 8,568 and Tuscarawas had 8,286. The seven county total is 25,123 cases since the start of the pandemic.
