An ambulance on an emergency run was blocked by a closed rail crossing Thursday in Bell Buckle.
It's the second such incident this week in Bedford County. A man whose heart stopped died Monday night in Bell Buckle. Family members desperately called 911 but the responding ambulance was unable to gain quick access to his home due to a long train stopped on the tracks.
