Local lawyer to throw hat in ring for Cicilline seat

CARLSON Don Carlson, a Jamestown resident who serves as senior executive director for the Tsai Leadership Program at Yale Law School, is running for Congress. Carlson, 62, is expected to officially announce his campaign Sunday at Rejects Beer Co. in Middletown. He is running as a Democrat to fill the vacancy left by the resignation
