Local Lawmakers and Law Enforcement see handgun theft as a growing concern

1,100 handguns were stolen last year in the state, and forty were recovered in Salisbury during traffic stops. This has caused lawmakers in Annapolis to rethink handgun theft as a misdemeanor.
