Occupancy rates in Minneapolis are hovering around 18 percent, according to the latest numbers available from Meet Minneapolis. With business travel wiped out and tourist trips at a minimum, some hotels are getting creative, and playing on local cabin fever in hopes of drawing holiday business. Here are four options.
