Local Electric Provider Suggests Rutherford County Residents Prepare for a Cold Winter Now

RUTHERFORD COUNTY, TN - Rutherford County saw milder than normal temperatures this past winter and the Old Farmer's Almanac shows November temperatures will be about 4-degrees above average as autumn comes to a close. However, winter weather is expected to arrive quickly this December with temperatures 2 to 3 degrees colder than average, according to the Farmer's Almanac.
