Local developers embrace Loveland housing code changes

Less than six months after Loveland City Council approved a slate of amendments to the city’s development code, Jammie and Rob Sabin, co-owners of Loveland-based Aspen Homes of Colorado, are bringing new affordable and attainable units to market in the Wilson Commons development, with dozens more to come this summer.
