Local animal shelters take in Texas dogs
Volunteers from Brandywine Valley SPCA unload a pooch that just arrived from Texas March 1. Brandywine Valley took in 89 dogs from a Texas shelter affected by the February winter storms and power outages. The dogs will be given medical treatment and put up for adoption. SUBMITTED PHOTOS
