Lobo mayor, vice mayor told to answer graft complaint

The Office of the Ombudsman ordered Lobo, Batangas Mayor Lota Manalo and her husband, Vice Mayor Gaudioso Manalo, to answer the complaint filed by a corporation for alleged violation of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act and the Anti-Red Tape law.
