The Kenya Human Rights Commission (KHRC) and Transparency International Kenya (TI-Kenya) have jointly raised concerns over the incompatibility between the Ethics and Anti-Corrution Commission and the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) in fighting graft.
