LLCC specialist honored for agriculture advocacy

The Illinois Leadership Council for Agricultural Education has honored Holly Bauman of Pana with an Agriculture Advocacy Award.
She is the agriculture program specialist at Lincoln Land Community College and was recognized for service to Illinois agriculture education over the past year. Bauman works with high school students to introduce them to career opportunities in agriculture. She also provides agriculture education both in and out of the classroom.
She joined Lincoln Land Community College in 2018 after teaching high school agriculture and in serving as the agronomy training coordinator for Effingham Equity.
