'All our systems have become very casual': Kerala HC slams police after doctor's murder, calls for safety protocol in hospitals

Dr Vandana Das, who was posted at a government hospital in Kollam district, was stabbed to death Wednesday by school teacher S Sandeep, who was brought to the hospital by police for medical examination.
