Livingston Parish Schools won't change Title IX plan after updates from US DOE, state superintendent

Livingston Parish Public Schools released a statement in response to new Title IX rules recently finalized by the U.S. Department of Education. They agreed with a letter to school boards sent by Louisiana State Superintendent Cade Brumley, saying the changes might violate state law.
