Livestock dog saves sheep, kills 8 coyotes in Laurel Ridge neighborhood

On a late Thursday night, John Wierwille and his family saw about 11 coyotes on his property around 9 p.m. He threw some stones at them to scare them off, and the coyotes ran away. All seemed good.
