Votes are being counted today (May 9) for the newly elected North Wales Police and Crime Commissioner (PCC).
Voters made their way to the polls on Thursday, in order to play their part in electing the next person for the job.
The polls closed at 10pm on Thursday, with counting getting underway this morning at Coleg Cambria in Deeside.
Arfon Jones of Plaid Cymru decided he would step down after his term ended, having been elected to the post in 2016. He succeeded lawyer Winston Roddick, the first person to hold the role of PCC in North Wales.
