Little girl with Down's syndrome is overjoyed to see her own face in a Tesco advert

Alyssa Willis, one, from Newport, Wales, was given an uncertain prognosis by doctors when she was born. But she is now thriving and has even modelled for Tesco's F&F Christmas clothing range.
