Corporate restaurant job experience a plus.
Prior kitchen supervisor/management experience will be considered first.
A restaurant kitchen is a battleground. We play with fire and knives. Most of our time is spent maintaining our weapons and prepping for battle. We never give up and we always fight to win. We fight through exhaustion and chaos and hope the guest will never see what we went through to put out the perfect plate. A great kitchen is made up of a well trained militia, with each unit pulling its weight and supporting its fellow combatants.
