Lincoln Indian Center rallies community to collect clean water, raise funds for Santee Sioux Nation

The Santee Sioux Reservation has been on a no-drink order and relying on water bottle deliveries for five years. The Indian Center delivered seven pallets of donated water on Wednesday.
