Lincoln City Council holds public meeting on new taxi service

Members of Lincoln City Council will hold a public meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, April 5 to discuss plans for a new taxi service in Lincoln. The public licensing board, comprised of the acting Mayor Tracy Welch and the council will listen to Andrea Dykman and Tabitha Gordon who will present their new company Tacone Transport, LLC.
The new service will offer handicapped services, in and out of town as well as a van pick up services for able bodied people.
Dykman also said they plan to offer something new.
"We are also going to do a subscription based service where patrons can buy service ahead of time," wrote Dykman in a Facebook message.
