Limestone County man indicted for capital murder for shooting neighbor in front of child

A Limestone County man accused of fatally shooting his neighbor in front of that man's child has now been indicted for capital murder.
The capital murder indictment against 42-year-old Travis Stanley is for the shooting death of Joey Sutton outside a home on Mill Valley Drive in May.
Stanley has remained in the Limestone County Jail since his arrest on May 12.
