Lifting stay-at-home order 'not a return to normal' for Waterloo region: Dr. Wang
The stay-at-home orders were lifted at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday for Waterloo region. Medical officer of health Dr. Hsiu-Li Wang says people need to continue to restrict their movement, only leave their home for necessities, and continue to follow public health guidelines.
