Lifeguards would have prevented 'tragedy' in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, expert says

The death of a 7-year-old girl who was buried in sand on a South Florida beach was “a preventable tragedy” that wouldn’t have happened if lifeguards were around, an expert tells Local 10 News.
