Life Esidimeni: Warrant of arrest issued, suspended temporarily for former mental health boss

Former Gauteng head of mental health Makgabo Manamela has failed to pitch up at the Life Esidimeni inquest for a third consecutive day and faces possible arrest if she does not appear once her sick note expires next week.
