Lidl confirms major investment and jobs boost for Mid-West

Lidl has confirmed a €20 million investment boost into Limerick stores which will create 65 local jobs.
The major supermarket chain confirmed its investment plans for 3 stores in the area.
The company have said that hundreds of additional roles will also be created during the constructions and fit out phase.
Reinvestment in a rebuild project for Dublin Road Lidl has resulted in five new roles at the outlet and the store is due to reopen June 3rd.
A further 30 permanent jobs will also be created after Lidl recently received planning permission to build a new store on the Dock Road.
