LGBTQIA+ violence victims to receive better service at Safe Center LI, 4 other agencies due to state program

The Bethpage-based nonprofit for victims of family violence and sexual assault is among five agencies, and the only one on Long Island, selected to participate in the state's LGBTQIA+ Endorsement Program.
