I’m not making this up. I’m not even stretching some idle comment. It is all clearly stated in plans and proposals by the San Diego Association of Governments (SANDAG), the county and the city of San Diego.
They are not subtle or shy about it. There is a concerted and coordinated effort by these agencies to punish the owners and users of personal cars and trucks as a means to force the public to use mass transit or bicycles instead of their motorized personal vehicles.
