Letters: Sugar Creek development, Loveland leaders, affordable housing

Some people attending the hearing on the proposed Sugar Creek development are against building more housing in their area. Not in my backyard — NIMBY — is common. People need to realize the extreme shortage of housing in Loveland and Northern Colorado. The gap between supply and demand has made housing very expensive. Loveland Housing Authority has a waitlist of 4,000 people.
