CSO's Holiday Spectacular lends cheer
The Columbus Symphony is giving a wonderful gift to the community in the form of its Holiday Spectacular. Thanks and congratulations to everyone involved in producing this beautiful televised concert, which aired Dec. 12 on WBNS-TV (Channel 10) and will be repeated Christmas evening on WCMH-TV (Channel 4). 
Even though the orchestra was founded in 1951, this is its first broadcast of a full-length concert on local television. Let's hope it is not the last. The Holiday Spectacular could become a new tradition. And perhaps the concept could be broadened to include some of our city's other top-flight performing arts groups.
