I am a 75 year old resident of Salt Lake County and this past week I received my first COVID-19 vaccination at the parking lot near the Maverik Center. I was full of gratitude to the Salt Lake County Health Department and their employees who were helping all of us who were lined up in our cars to get our vaccinations. All of them were polite, kind and helpful. I appreciated that they were willing to work out in the cold so we could be vaccinated. They even helped me set up my appointment for the second vaccination.
