LeT terrorists: Retired army personnel-turned-LeT 'terrorist' held in Delhi

Delhi Police have arrested Riyaz Ahmad Rather, a retired army personnel, who is suspected of being involved in a conspiracy with another member of the Lashkar-e-Taiba module operating in Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district. Riyaz was involved in receiving arms and ammunition from across the Line of Control (LoC) by terrorist handlers.
