Lenoir Man Arrested on Felony Firearms Charge

29-year-old Xavier Dontay Dula of Frontier Way in Lenoir was arrested by Caldwell Co. Sheriff’s Officers Friday (February 19) for felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, along with misdemeanor counts of driving while license revoked and expired or fictitious registration. Dula was taken to the Caldwell Co. Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond. He was scheduled to make a first appearance in District Court today (February 22) in Lenoir.
