Lehman Twp. police make arrest in shooting near PSU Wilkes-Barre campus

LEHMAN TWP. — Township police have charged a Carbondale teenager in connection with a shooting that wounded a man May 6 at an off-campus apartment complex near Penn State Wilkes-Barre.
