In January, the Ohio Statehouse was encircled by fencing and windows were boarded up, with state troopers visible patrolling outside the building in downtown Columbus. Thomas Suddes in his column today chides Statehouse Republicans for using their legislative dominance to make Ohioans less safe with a law and veto override that throws public health into the dangerous realm of legislative whim.
