Legal Debates Continue Over the Status of Popular Abortion Drug Mifepristone

After a federal court in Texas ruled that Mifepristone — a commonly used abortion drug — should be stripped of its FDA approval, the Department of Justice got involved. Since then, further confusion in this case has ensued, as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals did not outright outlaw it and instead placed new (but old) restrictions on it.
