The Lee County Planning Commission will have a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 5pm inside the General District Courtroom at the Lee County Courthouse in Jonesville. The reason for the meeting is to garner public input for the approval of a Special User Permit that would allow a retail store in an area designated as A-1 or Agricultural District, consisting of roughly eleven acres on the North side of Highway 58. The Lee County Board of Supervisors will have a Public Hearing on Tuesday afternoon, December 15, 2020 at 4:30pm inside the Lee County Courthouse General District Courtroom of Jonesville, Va. The reason for this meeting is gather public input on a proposed ordinance to adopt two Virginia Codes in relation to Crimes and Offenses and Motor Vehicles.
