Lebanon judge orders seizure of cargo ship with flour 'stolen from Ukraine'

BEIRUT: A judge on Friday ordered the seizure of a cargo ship docked at Tripoli in northern Lebanon carrying 5,000 tons of flour allegedly stolen from Ukraine. The vessel, the Laodicea, is Syrian, and subject to US sanctions.
