Learning Hub to expand in former Morning Call building in downtown Allentown, offer more services for families in need

With a growing number of families and children in Allentown needing support, Community Services for Children has partnered with Valley Health Partners Community Health Center and will expand its downtown location by 85,000 square feet, adding a broad range of early childhood education, health, and social services.
