LeAnn Rae Moos passed away unexpectedly in her sleep on Wednesday morning, January 24th, 2024. She was born March 16th, 1976, in Fargo, ND to David and Joy Stumbo. She graduated from Ulen-Hitterdal High School and continued her education at NDSU and University of Mary where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources.
