Leaked changes to Limitations Act don't apply to Jack Whalen's abuse case, lawyers say

Jack Whalen thought he'd scored a victory when the Newfoundland and Labrador government promised to amend the Limitations Act. It turns out the changes they're proposing will not apply in his case.
