Leak: EU executive moots tighter sustainability criteria for biofuels
The European Commission is considering a “targeted strengthening” of rules on biofuels, including stricter limits on the use of wood for energy production, according to leaked papers related to the forthcoming revision of the Renewable Energy Directive.
