The Pharmaceutical Society of New Zealand would like to
congratulate our 2021 award winners for their outstanding
achievements and significant contributions to the pharmacy
profession.
Gold Medals have been awarded to Bernard
(Bernie) McKone and Leanne Te Karu (Ngāti Rangi and
Muaūpoko). A posthumous Fellowship has been awarded to
Pamela (Pam) Duncan.
Gold Medal
The
Pharmaceutical Society’s Gold Medal is awarded to a
pharmacist who has made a significant and outstanding
contribution to the profession that is of a higher level
than that deserving of a Fellowship.
Gold Medals are
the highest honour bestowed by the Society and there have
