Lawyers for William Tyrrell's foster mother ask Director of Public Prosecutions to 'expeditiously determine' if charges are to be laid over toddler's disappearance

William Tyrrell's foster mother has issued a statement in response to speculation New South Wales Police had gathered enough information to charge her over the disappearance of the toddler almost a decade ago.
