Lawyers for Waterville man accused of murdering woman argue evidence improperly obtained by police

The defense attorneys for Nicholas P. Lovejoy said in court this week that police continued to question him after he said he wanted a lawyer if they were going to talk about Melissa Sousa, who was found dead in the basement of their apartment.
